    DPS arrangements offer an ongoing route to qualified suppliers across the contract term. We engage with relevant DPS opportunities where the scope aligns with our capability areas.

    Where buyers operate under thresholds permitting direct awards, we respond to specifications with documented quotations and supply terms.

    Mini-competitions

    We are set up to respond to mini-competitions under existing framework or DPS appointments, providing the specification, pricing and lead-time information required for fair evaluation.

Insurance

We maintain insurance cover appropriate to a UK supply business and can share certificates with procurement teams on request as part of supplier onboarding.

Quality processes

Orders are subject to a structured pre-despatch quality check covering specification, finish and packaging, with non-conformances escalated before release.

Ethical sourcing & supply chain due diligence

We work with manufacturers selected against responsible sourcing expectations, and we are open to disclosure conversations with buyers operating their own supply chain due diligence policies.

UK regulatory compliance awareness

Our supply approach is informed by UK regulations relevant to the goods we provide, including furniture fire safety regulations and signage standards applicable to public buildings.
